Fudge - 8 oz Tubs - Phenomenal Fudge

Some folks know us as "the fudge shop", and THIS is the reason why!

Phenomenal Fudge uses real cream and butter for their fudge.  It's "soft in the summer - firm in the fridge".

Phenomenal Fudge ONLY uses fresh, home-roasted nuts. All of the nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts and cashews) in our fudge are home-roasted. They roast them right here in their own kitchen so you are assured of enjoying great tasting, crispy nuts.

What about allergies? Phenomenal Fudge contains ingredients that are processed on equipment and with utensils that come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, milk, soy, wheat, egg and artificial food coloring.

How long will Phenomenal Fudge last? Phenomenal Fudge will stay in fine shape for months. Each container has a “Best Buy” date indicated on the ingredient label. For long periods of non-snacking we recommend that you place the fudge tub in a zip-lock bag and freeze it. Fudge frozen for over a year does not change its color, taste or texture. 

What do I do if I let it dry out?  Simply place the fudge in a microwave proof container and warm it at 30 second intervals at 50% power. Add a teaspoon of water to mix in with the warm fudge.

Melt Phenomenal Fudge over ice cream, freeze and cube it for party snacking, dice it and sprinkle it over desserts, melt and spread thin layers over sections of birthday cake, or dribble melted chocolate fudge over cookies or biscotti. Use our home-made fudge for your home-made desserts.

The shelf life of the half-pound tubs is three months although it can be safely frozen for up to a year.
