Honey - Champlain Valley Apiaries

$9.59

The highest quality honey gathered from a variety of floral sources.

Light in color with a delicious and delicate flavor.

Choose between naturally crystallized raw honey and liquid honey for your convenience. What’s the difference, you ask?

  • Naturally crystallized honey is extracted and packed in its natural state. It’s unheated and unfiltered, retaining its original flavors, vitamins, and other nutrients.
  • Liquid honey is carefully heated and filtered, delaying the crystallization process, but preserving as much of its flavor and original properties as possible.

Champlain Valley Apiaries is a 4th generation Vermont family owned business. Originally founded in 1931 by innovative beekeeper Charles Mraz.

Why else do we love them? Bees are responsible for one in three bites of the food we eat. As such, Champlain Valley Apiaries’ mission, along with producing the highest quality honey, is to foster sustainable agriculture and promote the importance of honeybees to our food system. They treat their bees organically and leave behind plenty of honey in the hives for bees to over-winter.

Harvested from across the Champlain Valley and jarred in Middlebury, VT by Champlain Valley Apiaries.

Honey may come in plastic or glass jar depending on current availability due to supply chain disruptions.
