Made in Vermont, the good ol’ fashioned traditional way – hand cut, hand wrapped and made from pasteurized milk and lots of love.
Each block of cheese is hand-dipped in three coats of special cheese-coating wax to lock in the peak flavor and allow for safe shipping and long keeping.
We especially love the creamy, melt-in-your-mouth Mellow Cheddar on crostini or — a Vermont favorite! — apple pie, and the spunky Extra Sharp Cheddar, aged not for two years but a full six!

Each cheese is triple wrapped in foil, wax, and cellophane to give the longest shelf life.
