Commissioned by Shelburne Farms for their award-winning cheddar cheese, Blake Hill created a perfect balance between sweet and savory, with onions slow cooked in maple syrup and thyme, two ingredients that complement the flavors released by the caramelization process of onions.

Spectacular with Shelburne Farm’s award-winning cheddar crafted with fresh raw milk from  Vermont pasture-raised Brown Swiss cattle.
